Introduction

Electronics and Communications Engineering is a disipline of engineering combining two branches, electronics engineering and communication engineering. Knowledge of electronics is very essential for a communications engineer. This branch includes papers such as Circuit theory, Digital circuits and Systems Design, Microprocessors, Solid State Devices, VLSI design, etc.

Eligibility

Those who have passed the plus Two/equivalent examination or three-year diploma holders in any branch of engineering/equivalent examination are eligible for admission.

Job Prospects

An electronics engineer can get a job in Central Government, State Governments and their sponsored corporations in public enterprises and the private organizations. Electronics engineers are also absorbed into the entertainment transmission industry, research establishments, and defense. They can also take up teaching and research in colleges and research centres
